SDN Arabian GCC launch event in three cities.
SDN Arabian GCC Chapter wrapped up an event that spanned 3 cities Saudi Arabia and UAE. The event that was organized by the chapter's co-founders and sponsored by the chapter sponsoring organizations helped connect service design community across the region. In UAE, The event was hosted in Dubai at EY-Seren offices with attendance from Engine Group. In Saudi Arabia, the event was hosted in HUED offices in Riyadh and in Inspiring Experience offices in Jeddah.
After the conclusion of the building phase, the team plans to conduct another launch event in Dubai late 2018.
The event featured an introduction of Service Design Network with a deeper focus on the chapter, its mission and focus goals. The organizers engaged more than 60 attendees in all three cities in activities to help identify and prioritize needs and initiatives for the chapter to address.
